Continuing Education
At Uma Surgicals, professional and personal progress is based on the principle of continuous learning, with on-the-job training as the most frequent learning method. As well as working on or managing projects, you will continue to receive professional and personal training throughout your career. Training courses will be tailored to your personal training requirements.
Qualification Required
To be recruited by Uma Surgicals, you must have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial and Production Engineering, Biology or Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences. The medical technology industry is extremely dynamic and innovation-intensive. Internships
Before applying for an internship at Uma Surgicals, you should have completed at least the basic part of your degree course - meaning at least four semesters. Ideally you should be studying business administration or engineering science. You will work on one specific project over a period of several months, the exact duration of your internship depending on the duration of the project.
